Matthew is Managing Director of Debt Capital Markets. Prior to joining Utendahl he was an Associate at CastleOak Securities, L.P. He joined CastleOak as one of five founding team members and was instrumental in establishing the firm’s capital markets business, advisory services, and operations department. He gained experience on numerous landmark minority-led fixed income transactions as well as several benchmark equity transactions with valuable support roles in both IPO and follow-on transactions with major corporations. Matthew earned his B.S. degree in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He holds the FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations.
