Jose joined Utendahl Capital Partners in 1995, prior to joining UCP, Jose was a mortgage-backed securities allocator at Kidder, Peabody & Company, Inc. There he gained comprehensive experience with mortgage-backed securities, as he was responsible for maintaining the traders’ mortgage bonds positions. He acted as liaison between traders, salespeople and clients to ensure accurate, timely execution and settlement of transactions. Jose also analyzed weekly reports of mortgage-backed securities transactions and reported results to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Jose received his BA in finance from Bernard M. Baruch College and maintains the FINRA Series 7, 63, 24 and 55 licenses
